How to Change Account Password

Members (and Admins) can change the passwords on an iServe account in the online app. Follow the steps below to change a password on an account.

Using Mobile App #

Members cannot change their password using the mobile app at this time.

Using Online App #

Members can change their password by logging into their account in the online app.

Steps to edit info in Online App #

Step 1. Login to online app at http://[connect code].iserve.church. Forgot Password? Click here.

Step 2. Once logged in, click on “My Profile” on main menu.

Step 3. Click on the three-dot icon and then “Edit”

Step 4. Once you click on “Edit” you will see the various tabs that can be clicked on and your profile information updates. You can change the password by clicking on the “User Account” tab. (Note: Only admins can edit roles for members)

Step 5. Click on “Save” to save your new password.

Forgot Password? #

If you have forgotten your password or do not remember getting a “new account” email, you will need to reset your password in order login to your account. You can do this a couple of ways:

  1. On the login screen, click on the “Reset Password” link. This will take you to a page where you insert your email address and you will be sent an email with a temporary password you can use to login and change your password to something you can remember.
  2. Contact your iServe account admin and they can login to your account and change your password to something you can remember.
