You are free to cancel anytime or simply hire us on an hourly basis. Our normal hourly rate is $85/hour to make edits, changes or other design improvements to a website. Our subscribers to a Website Management plan enjoy a discounted rate of $60/hour for additional work beyond the one-hour allowance each month.

With our WordPress sites, we can quickly make an edit or change without taking much of your monthly time allowance. If there are substantial changes to your site, then that may not be included as that would take more time than covered under this monthly service.

If you have a request that is not covered under the monthly webmaster services, we will let you know and we can work on a separate agreement to fulfill your request.
Our monthly webmaster services only covers an hour of time for edits and changes. Most of the minor changes (like updating text, photos or sermon links) do not take long at all and should easily be made without any concerns for time allowance. If it looks like your requests will take longer than the hour that is covered under our monthly plans, the webmaster will let you know and we will work out an agreement for the additional time.

As part of the monthly maintenance service, we can add additional documents or files to your site. Once you subscribe to this service, we will set up a convenient “cloud storage” folder that you can send documents to or you can just email them to your webmaster. We will make the process plain and easy for you to take care of this need.
Yes, this would be the way to have us to link your sermons and lesson each week. We would work out the best method of you delivering or saving the files so we can upload/link them on your site.
Note: This would also be the case in linking YouTube, Vimeo or other online videos that may have been saved during your live-stream, if available.
Yes. For a small additional charge, we offer fully managed hosting with either Basic or Plus Hosting plans. Your website would be included on a shared hosting plan that we would manage along with the content of your site. These plans primarily change based on whether it is a commercial account or not. Yes. We can customize a site security plan for you for an additional free if your hosting provider does not provide such. If you host your account with us, you receive a free SSL, encryption, regular backups, brute force protection, daily virus/malware scans, and more. Let us provide shared hosting for your WordPress website at a great rate! We can host your WordPress website on our shared hosting account. This will enable you to pay less but still have access to self-manage or allow us to manage your site for you.
